EXCLUSIVE: Secret Audio Recordings Reveal Lawyer of Prince Andrew's Accuser Knew She Was 'Wrong, Simply Wrong' to Accuse Alan Dershowitz

David Boies, who is best known for rising to fame in the Harvey Weinstein and Theranos scandals, has represented several accusers in the ongoing Epstein Affair, the most prominent being the late Virginia Giuffre.

One of America’s most famous lawyers, Boies has made millions of dollars from lawsuits against leading banking institutions association with Epstein, from his outspoken representation of Giuffre, and has appeared in news interviews around the world, including stints on Piers Morgan Uncensored, whereby he publicly pressured Prince Andrew to settle the lawsuit brought against him by his client.

Giuffre, who initially claimed that she did not have sex with the prince, went on to receive over $150,000 from the Mail on Sunday, before alleging that she’d been ‘trafficked’ to have sex with the prince on no less than three occasions.

One of these occasions, she alleged, was on Epstein’s ‘Zorro Ranch’ in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Giuffre wrote in vivid detail of a weekend she spent alone with him, horseback riding, drinking fine wine, and having sex in a bathtub.

During a deposition in 2016, however, it was finally revealed that Virginia had lied, with her acknowledging that no such incident in New Mexico took place.

But Prince Andrew wasn’t the only target of Giuffre’s false accusations. Daily Mail journalist Sharon Churcher told her to add the name of esteemed lawyer Alan Dershowitz into her first (unpublished memoir) The Billionaire’s Playboy Club. Giuffre did exactly that - yet did not allege any sexual activity with him. That changed, however, when she filed her first frivolous lawsuit, in which she alleged she had been trafficked to Prince Andrew, Alan Dershowitz, and to ‘foreign presidents’.

Again, in a 2016 deposition, whilst under oath, her story crumbled, when she admitted that she had never met any foreign presidents in her life.

It crumbled even further when she was sued by Professor Dershowitz, who staunchly maintained that he has never met her, let alone had sex with her on the five occasions that she alleged.

In fact, he could prove this. Not only was he obviously innocent, but he had all the receipts, including bank statements - all proving that he couldn’t possibly have been with Virginia on the dates she falsely alleged.

And it seems that Giuffre’s attorney, David Boies, was fully aware of this - yet wanted Dershowitz to pay up regardless, or else his name would be smeared in the press and media and his good reputation destroyed.

I found him to be not only a brilliant man, but genuine, determined, and the only falsely accused individual in this murky scandal to have the guts to refuse to back down. All he wanted was for the world to see the truth, for the media to stop promoting a serial false accuser, and to protect what has been a rather remarkable career. For now, here is the latest exclusive release from my extensive case files - from stacks of transcripts, new evidence, and my exclusive interviews with some of the key witnesses - accusers and the accused - that I compiled during the five-year investigation for my upcoming book, NAKED LIES: The Epstein Scandal That Rocked The Royals.

For today, I’ll give you five audio clips, with corresponding transcripts beneath each. The first is a very short audio recording Dershowitz made of his conversation with Giuffre’s best friend, Rebecca Boylan (recorded with her permission). In it, she tells him that, whilst Virginia was staying at her house, she admitted that she didn’t want to accuse Dershowitz, but was allegedly being pressured by her lawyer into doing so.

I have another, longer audio recording of Boylan, whereby she discusses Virginia’s claims about Leslie Wexner. I’ll be releasing that soon.

The other four audio clips are secret recordings (it is not illegal to secretly record conversations in the state of New York, where Dershowitz resides). They are recordings that Dershowitz made during a tense telephone conversation with Boies, during which Boies conceded that his client, Giuffre, was ‘wrong, simply wrong’ to accuse him - yet proceeded to represent her in her attempt to get money from Dershowitz regardless.

Note: Giuffre eventually (and begrudgingly) issued a public statement, admitting that she ‘may have been mistaken’ in accusing Dershowitz.

But she had, of course, not been ‘mistaken’.

She had lied.

The recordings Dershowitz made of Boies are of of TERRIBLY poor quality. It is due to this reason that I’ve included text (unedited) beneath them, as supplied to me by Dershowitz himself.

As I’ve mentioned, I’ll be releasing a LOT more once we reach enough paid subscribers to fund the continuation of my ongoing investigation - and much of this will also be included in my upcoming book, that seeks to expose this entire scandal and finally inform the public of the facts that the media have hidden from them.
